Guiding Principles
Fulfillment Plus was started by two women who had worked together for more than ten years at a large fulfillment company. They recognized that the fulfillment needs of small and mid-size businesses and nonprofits often were overlooked because fulfillment companies go after large companies with large volume projects. The smaller businesses often become secondary clients.
