Accurate Inventory ManagementWe provide inventory management for those clients who do not have the space or the personnel to manage this time-consuming task. Inventory is physically verified on a periodic basis to keep clients aware of inventory levels.
Dedicated Telephone Answering ServicesFulfillment Plus offers telephone answering services that enables each client to have a customer service line answered by a live person. The result for each client is a fully operational customer service center without the equipment, space, or personnel requirements.
Digital PrintingWe offer a multitude of digital printing services with three state-of-the-art digital printers. Within our capabilities are variable data brochures, stitched booklets, tabs, etc. We can provide the quality of offset printing without the cost.
Direct Mail PiecesWe offer a full array of direct mail services. We provide postal mail sort for standard and non-profit mailings, as well as, first class mailings. We provide lasering and ink jetting services. Our extensive knowledge of postal regulations helps to maximize the desired outcome at the lowest cost for each and every client.
Pick and Pack AssemblyWe provide a complete and full-service shipping facility, which allows each client to more efficiently provide materials to their customer in the shortest time possible. Orders that arrive by noon each day will ship that same day, barring any unusual circumstances.
Precise Database ManagementAs Fulfillment Plus is, in many instances, the customer service branch for our clients, we can most effectively maintain the database for those same clients. Because we have the contact with clients, we are the obvious choice to keep the most up-to-date database. As an additional benefit, we maintain a Post Office Box for fulfillment clients in order to immediately process address changes and more.
Print on DemandAs a Fulfillments Plus customer, you’ll have your own secure online portal that allows you handle many printing tasks quickly and easily – request a quote or upload files for printing, for example. You can also take advantage of your own “documents library,” complete with images, that allows you to place a new order at any time for any of these pieces. Plus, you can conveniently review and approve all proofs online, too.
